ACad Studio is led by Ar. Aayush Chaudhary, a registered architect with the Council of Architecture, India. We maintain all necessary licenses and professional insurance required to operate in Delhi NCR.

5. Client Consultation Process

5.1 Initial Consultation

We offer a free initial consultation to understand your project requirements. This consultation does not constitute a binding agreement to provide services.

5.2 Proposal and Contract

Following the consultation, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining scope, timeline, and fees. Services commence only after a signed contract and initial payment.

6. Fees and Payment Terms

• Fees are project-specific and detailed in individual contracts
• Payment schedules are milestone-based
• Initial advance payment is required before work commencement
• Additional charges may apply for revisions beyond agreed scope
• All fees are subject to applicable taxes

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Design Ownership

All architectural designs, drawings, renderings, and creative work remain the intellectual property of ACad Studio until full payment is received.

7.2 Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for the specific project. ACad Studio retains the right to use project images for portfolio and marketing purposes.

7.3 Website Content

All content on acad.co.in, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of ACad Studio and protected by copyright laws.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information and requirements
• Obtaining necessary property documents and permissions
• Timely feedback and approvals at project milestones
• Coordinating site access for surveys and inspections
• Payments as per agreed schedule
• Compliance with local building regulations

9. Project Timelines

We strive to meet all agreed timelines. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Client approval delays
• Government approval processes
• Force majeure events
• Material availability

We will communicate any anticipated delays promptly.

10. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in each project phase is specified in the contract. Additional revisions or changes to approved designs may incur extra charges.

11. Project Cancellation

11.1 By Client

Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Fees for completed work will be charged, and advance payments are non-refundable.

11.2 By ACad Studio

We reserve the right to terminate services if payments are not received as per schedule or if the client breaches contract terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

ACad Studio's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for:

• Contractor performance or construction quality
• Material defects or supply issues
• Delays caused by third parties
• Changes made to designs without our approval
• Consequential or indirect damages

13. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of all client information and project details. However, we may showcase completed projects for marketing purposes unless explicitly restricted by the client.

14. Website Use

When using our website, you agree to:
