Idea:
This south-west facing residence welcomes abundant sunlight, thanks to its orientation. The modern architectural design of the house exhibits a rhythmic pattern, with wooden textures serving as a key element. The incorporation of these natural elements not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also contributes to a warm and inviting atmosphere. The deliberate use of wood in the design underscores a harmonious blend of contemporary style and organic materials, creating a space that is both visually striking and functional. Overall, the house is thoughtfully crafted to embrace its surroundings and promote a modern yet natural living experience.
Design:
The residential structure was designed as a G+4 building, with meticulous planning devoted to each level. The ground floor served as a stilt parking area, optimizing space efficiency. Each subsequent floor was dedicated to a 3 BHK residence, thoughtfully equipped with an elevator for convenience. Notably, every unit included a puja room, acknowledging cultural and spiritual needs.
The architectural focus was on a modern aesthetic, characterized by simplicity and visual appeal. The house elevation showcased a contemporary design that harmonized with its surroundings. The deliberate choice of a modern aesthetic aimed to strike a balance between functionality and elegance.
The strategic orientation of the house, facing southwest, capitalized on the availability of ample sunlight. This not only brightened the living spaces but also contributed to an energy-efficient design. The incorporation of overhangs in the architectural scheme served a dual purpose—besides adding to the modern aesthetic, they provided effective shading during high angles of sunlight. This design element not only enhanced the visual appeal of the residence but also promoted comfort and energy conservation.
The overall design philosophy reflected a careful consideration of both practical and aesthetic elements. The inclusion of essential features like parking facilities, elevators, and puja rooms showcased a holistic approach to residential living. By blending modern design with functional considerations and embracing natural elements like sunlight, the residential structure emerged as a well-planned and aesthetically pleasing environment for its occupants.
