Architects and Designers work with client to understand the project scope, client desires, site conditions etc. Then they will brainstorm, sketch and model various design ideas.
In this phase we begin the process of creating sketches and models to test the ideas and concepts.
In this phase the building exterior is fully designed, the interior layouts completed, dimension of spaces is finalized.
A structural engineer will be added to the team, and consultants for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems will be needed depending on the complexity of the project.
This is the phase where architects design manifest as a detailed plan. At this phase, final approval of exterior and interior design is taken by client.
We work on making a technical blueprint that shows how all the parts fit together, how they work with each other, and how they depend on each other so that system-relevant requirements are met.
