A truly enchanting endeavor, this home caters to the needs of a family of four across its three floors. The combination of opulent and functional specifications rendered the project both fascinating and distinctive. The end result is a space that effortlessly embodies comfort and luxury, meeting the family’s lavish requirements in ways that are truly inviting and indulgent.

 

Each project presents its unique set of challenges, and this one was no exception. Our initial hurdle involved dealing with the subpar structural quality, demanding extensive breakdowns. Addressing widespread seepage in the villa posed another significant issue, requiring diverse solutions. Overcoming challenges in demolition, site management, MEP, and a stringent time constraint were crucial. Despite these obstacles, we successfully met the tight deadline, delivering a fully equipped home. Incorporating existing furniture added another layer of complexity, demanding a thoughtful design approach.

 

Significant efforts in the initial design phase were dedicated to the demolition of existing structures and the construction of new walls, rooms, and a reconfigured internal circulation, including the staircase. This extensive transformation aimed not only to increase the size of the spaces but also to enhance their functionality. The interior spaces span across the ground floor, first floor, and basement, each tailored to meet the specific needs of different users as per the client’s requirements.

 

The ground floor is designed as a semi-private area, featuring a living room, dining room, kitchen, lobby, and private spaces such as a bedroom designated for the mother. Moving to the first floor, the plan includes four bedrooms, a mandir, and a double-height space, adding a sense of openness and grandeur. Lastly, the basement is dedicated to recreational activities with a TV room, gym, and music room, providing a well-rounded and versatile living environment for the family.
