A neo-classical residence that emphasizes clarity, proportion, and refined detailing, focusing on precision in form and rhythm rather than heavy ornamentation, creating an elegant yet restrained architectural expression on a compact urban plot.

This residence interprets neo-classical architecture through a lens of clarity, proportion, and refined detailing, focusing on a cleaner and more composed architectural expression. Rather than relying on heavy ornamentation, the design emphasizes precision in form, rhythm, and subtle classical references, allowing the architecture to appear elegant yet restrained.
The massing of the house is articulated through a sequence of alternating rectangular volumes that shift forward and backward, creating depth and hierarchy within the facade. These layered forms generate a play of light and shadow while maintaining a strong geometric order. The central volumes project outward while secondary planes recede, producing a facade that feels balanced yet dynamic without overwhelming the street.
A key feature of the design is the use of classical balusters in the balcony railings, carefully detailed to introduce a timeless architectural language. The balustrades are intentionally designed with slightly increased height compared to conventional railings, lending the building a stronger and more monumental presence.
