Architectural Narrative

The architectural language of the house draws from the enduring vocabulary of neo-classical design, where proportion, rhythm, and ornament come together to create a facade that is both dignified and timeless. Rather than relying on a single dominant gesture, the design celebrates a composition of classical elements, layered thoughtfully across the elevation to build a refined architectural identity.

At the forefront of the composition are the classical columns, which rise vertically across multiple levels to establish a clear structural rhythm. These columns, articulated with slender proportions and subtle capitals, reinforce the vertical hierarchy of the building while framing the balconies in a manner reminiscent of traditional European porticos. Their repetition lends the facade a sense of continuity and grandeur.

Complementing the vertical order are the ornate wrought-iron railings, which introduce a delicate ornamental layer to the otherwise strong architectural framework. Their intricate patterns soften the solidity of the structure, adding elegance and visual richness to the balconies while maintaining transparency toward the surrounding landscape.

The facade is further crowned by a deep classical cornice, whose pronounced shadow lines define the building's silhouette and anchor the composition within the traditions of classical architecture. Subtle decorative moldings and horizontal bands run across each level, reinforcing the proportional balance between floors.
