Architectural Narrative

A Neo-Classical Urban Residence Defined by the Power of the Arch

This residence is conceived as a contemporary interpretation of neo-classical architecture, where timeless architectural principles are reimagined within a modern urban context. The design draws inspiration from classical European proportions, using symmetry, arches, and vertical colonnades to establish a strong architectural identity while adapting these elements to suit contemporary living.

At the heart of the composition lies the central arch, which becomes the defining gesture of the facade. Rising through the middle of the building, the arch forms a grand architectural frame that anchors the entire elevation. This central element is not merely decorative—it establishes the visual hierarchy of the building and acts as the primary organizing feature of the facade. By vertically linking multiple levels, the arch introduces a sense of continuity and monumentality, allowing the building to read as a single cohesive structure despite its layered residential program.

Flanking this central arch are classical pillars that extend across the height of the building, reinforcing the vertical proportions of the facade. These columns evoke the architectural language of traditional palatial residences, bringing a sense of dignity and refinement to the design. The slender proportions of the pillars create a rhythmic pattern across the elevation, emphasizing balance and symmetry while visually elongating the structure.
