Architectural Narrative

This residence reinterprets the language of neo-classical architecture through a contemporary exploration of form, proportion, and geometry. Rather than strictly replicating traditional motifs, the design experiments with a deliberate composition of arches, rectangles, and linear elements, allowing classical ideas to evolve into a modern architectural expression.

The facade is organized through a strong vertical rhythm where slender pilasters and straight lines establish a sense of order and proportion. Within this disciplined framework, a series of arched openings introduce softness and depth, creating a contrast between the precision of rectilinear geometry and the fluidity of curved forms. These arches are strategically positioned in the central bay, forming a visual axis that anchors the entire elevation and draws the eye upward.

Key Features

  • Strong vertical rhythm with slender pilasters
  • Arched openings in central bay
  • Dialogue between rectilinear geometry and curved forms
  • Light monochromatic palette
  • Classical cornices at roofline
