The architectural expression of the residence is conceived as an exploration of modern form-making, where the conventional language of facade design is deliberately questioned and reassembled through layered volumes and contrasting materials. Rather than presenting a flat elevation, the building evolves as a composition of stacked and shifted masses, allowing each element to establish its own identity while contributing to the overall architectural harmony.

At the center of the design lies a vertical sculptural element, rising through the height of the facade and acting as a visual anchor for the composition. This tall, monolithic volume introduces a sense of scale and hierarchy, breaking the horizontal continuity of the surrounding balconies and drawing the eye upward.
