The architectural concept of the building emerges from a deliberate exploration of form, materiality, and the reinterpretation of conventional facade composition. Rather than adhering to the predictable language of stacked balconies and uniform surfaces, the design challenges the traditional order by introducing a bold architectural gesture that redefines the building's identity within the urban fabric.

At the heart of the facade is a monolithic brick volume, carved by a large elliptical void that becomes the defining spatial and visual element of the project. This intervention transforms the otherwise solid mass into a dynamic architectural frame, revealing the life of the balconies and interior spaces within. The void acts not only as a sculptural device but also as a mediator between interior and exterior, allowing light, depth, and visual permeability to shape the experience of the facade.

Materiality plays a critical role in articulating this contrast.
