The architecture of the building is conceived as a contemporary interpretation of an industrial workspace, where form, light, and structure come together to create a dynamic and efficient environment. The design is driven by the idea of maximizing daylight within the workspace, achieved through a series of bold, angular window projections that articulate the facade. These faceted openings extend outward from the building envelope, carefully oriented to capture and direct natural light deep into the interior spaces.

Above the structure, a large floating canopy acts as the defining architectural gesture. This lightweight roof element spans across the building, visually tying together the various volumes beneath it. The canopy, supported by slender structural members, frames the upper portion of the building while providing shade and environmental protection. Its open slatted design filters sunlight, creating a soft interplay of light and shadow that reinforces the building's industrial character.
