Terms & Conditions
The Firm agrees to provide the services as outlined in the agreement and specified
above.
These are only Design Charges. Execution rates can be finalised once the design is finalised
The Client, herein after referred to as "The Client," undertakes to pay the fee, as
outlined above, in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
The Firm agrees to provide a maximum of 2 revisions for each drawing.
Additional revisions requested by the Client from the initial plans will be subject to an
additional fee of ₹5,000 per revision set.
For again sanction request additional fees of per revision will be chargeable.
The firm will provide above mentioned site visit.
For additional engineer site visits will be charged at ₹2,500 per visit with information
prior one day.
For additional architect site visit will be charged at ₹3,500 per visit with information
prior one day.
100% advance payment release for the drawing set selected or when architects or
designers start working on it.
The Client undertakes not to withhold payment for any reason and agrees to release
payments as per the agreed payment terms outlined in the agreement.
After securing the Client’s approval for the initial plans, the architect shall share the detailed design, specifications, and features of the project if required.
The architect shall confirm to all laws and regulations governing building and
landscape design in the area and ensure that these laws and regulations are followed throughout the construction stages in consultation with the client.
The Client shall ensure that no other consultant or service provider is hired to work on the same project or any part of the same project in a manner that may produce conflicts of interest.

Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. ACad Studio provides architectural and interior design services. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized access, distribution of harmful content, or any activity that violates applicable laws. All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ACad Studio and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our explicit permission. All the designs that will be shared are intellectual property of ACad Studio. You cannot share it with anyone else without notifying the firm. The drawings and Renders provided by the firm are not to used for any marketing purpose without firm's knowledge. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. ACad Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Indian Jurisdiction.
