This ambitious project, a double duplex residence set on a massive 800 sq. yard plot in the upscale Sushant Lok, Gurugram, is a study in controlled contrast. The design mandate was to create a monumental home that respects classical proportions while offering highly personalized modern living spaces for multiple families.
The residence uses a striking Neoclassical facade to establish a sense of timeless grandeur and architectural heritage. This classical structure frames an interior narrative where public and private spaces diverge yet remain in elegant conversation.
The interior design was carefully developed to balance grandeur with comfort, ensuring that each family enjoys privacy while remaining connected within the larger home. Thoughtful zoning and circulation planning allow seamless movement between shared and private areas, creating a harmonious living experience. Premium materials, refined detailing, and layered lighting were used throughout the residence to enhance warmth and sophistication.
